This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead the bpro Parts Program Distribution Field Team.
• Enhance the automotive parts distribution network for a leading automaker in the US.
• Develop and sustain a motivated, results-oriented sales organization.
• Collaborate with selected dealerships and dealer groups to increase bpro parts sales.
• Create market and account strategies.
• Gather and share real-time account and competitive insights.
• Conduct analytical evaluations and oversee field teams.
• Provide comprehensive program support for the designated region.
• Propel short-term sales growth through dealer and aftermarket distribution channels.
• Cultivate relationships with dealership hierarchy, aftermarket installers, fleets, and commercial clients.
• Design, implement, and sustain a national automotive parts sales and distribution initiative.
• Recruit, hire, and retain personnel for automotive wholesale parts.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage communications and resources.
• Create, implement, and revise project work plans.
• Generate reports, scorecards, deliverables, and analyses.
• Monitor deliverables, issues, risks, and action items.
• Ensure data accuracy and establish QA processes and peer reviews.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve financial objectives and staffing needs.
• Develop tools, guides, and presentations in line with client specifications.
• Negotiate and oversee client commitments and expectations.
• Track program objectives and deliver performance feedback.
• Provide program oversight and enhance team performance.
• Establish processes and metrics to boost performance.
• Document sales, market, and competitive data daily.
• Offer weekly market insights and sales performance summaries.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses for executive management.
• Manage program Profit & Loss.
• Conduct regular financial and program evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and facilitate project transition and stabilization.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in the automotive aftermarket or wholesale sector.
• Proven analytics experience in identifying opportunities, trends, and anomalies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, team-building, and collaborative management skills.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High proficiency in PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least five years of equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with dealership, fleet, installer, collision, automotive parts distribution, and aftermarket service operations.
• Basic knowledge of automobile repair and technology.
• Prior experience in program management.
• Ability to maintain professional communications in English and other languages as required by the project client.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
• Capability to conduct training, reporting, marketing, group facilitation, and product demonstration activities.
• Ability to make business decisions using logical reasoning and solution-oriented outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in operating effectively with limited management oversight.
• Willingness to travel for several days.
• Ability to engage in extended physical activity during training sessions.
• Capacity to lift a minimum of 50 lbs without injury.
• Remote work flexibility.
• Option to work from corporate/home office or a remote location.
