Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with essential eCommerce partners, such as digital agencies, online marketplaces, payment service providers, platforms, and third-party logistics providers.

• Work alongside partners to identify growth opportunities, align business objectives, and implement joint marketing initiatives.

• Ensure consistent communication with partners regarding referral performance, product innovations, promotions, and pertinent updates.

• Evaluate partner performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements to boost sales and revenue.

• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts effectively.

• Discover and pursue opportunities for expansion, including new market entries and creative partnership programs.

• Collaborate with marketing to design promotions, events, and co-sponsorship opportunities.

• Develop presentations and materials that highlight the advantages of partnering with Global-e.

• Create and implement strategic plans to meet growth objectives.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and product development teams to synchronize strategies and drive results.

• Monitor eCommerce partnership KPIs, including referrals, demos, average contract size, and total contracts.

• Generate actionable insights to optimize partner performance.

• Prepare and deliver regular reports to internal stakeholders and partners.

• Foster relationships with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams.

• Act as the primary point of contact for eCommerce partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Demonstrated success in eCommerce partnership management or a comparable commercial role, preferably within the eCommerce sector.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Comprehensive understanding of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce platforms, logistics, and digital marketing channels.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite.
