This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Cultivate and oversee strategic alliances with leading cardiology centers worldwide.
• Promote enduring partnerships across clinical, scientific, educational, and innovative sectors.
• Initiate, develop, and spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing cardiovascular care delivery, research, and education.
• Examine market trends, competitive landscapes, and shifting clinical practices in cardiology.
• Comprehend the needs of healthcare providers to optimize and expand cardiovascular service lines.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinical leaders and internal product and research teams.
• Align GE HealthCare's technologies, data resources, and expertise with shared objectives.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration among clinical, commercial, R&D, education, and digital teams.
• Direct pilots, validation studies, and translational research initiatives.
• Represent GE HealthCare at academic conferences, advisory boards, and collaborative networks.
• Keep abreast of trends in cardiovascular medicine and health systems.
• Support educational initiatives and knowledge-sharing platforms with partner institutions.
• Travel frequently to Waukesha, Wisconsin, and other U.S.-based clients approximately 25% of the time.
• Advanced degree in medicine, biomedical sciences, engineering, or a related field; MD, MSc, or equivalent experience in leading cardiovascular service lines, care transformation, or similar roles.
• At least 8 years of experience in cardiovascular care, translational research, or strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining high-trust relationships with clinical leaders and institutions.
• Strong grasp of cardiovascular clinical workflows, technologies, and trends in innovation.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders within complex organizations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a diverse audience from clinicians to executives.
• Experience collaborating with academic medical centers, professional societies, or global health systems.
• Familiarity with co-creation models, translational research, and clinical validation frameworks.
• Strategic mindset and a passion for enhancing cardiovascular care through collaboration and innovation.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and drive results in dynamic, matrixed environments.
