Specialty Urology Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create and implement account-specific strategies to enhance HRHC brand visibility and promote the use of continence care products.

• Organize daily calling schedules and ensure coverage of key accounts.

• Evaluate sales and marketing metrics to uncover opportunities and achieve territory goals.

• Comprehend customer settings, key decision-makers, concerns, and challenges.

• Perform cost/benefit assessments to support sales initiatives.

• Generate referrals by advocating for HRHC products and services.

• Employ consultative selling techniques to showcase financial and clinical value propositions.

• Achieve or surpass targets for sales activities, new prescriptions, and territory revenue growth.

• Establish and sustain long-term connections with stakeholders in strategic accounts.

• Collaborate with DME representatives and various internal and external stakeholders.

• Engage in local and regional industry events and contribute to business development efforts.

• Keep current on clinical and technical product knowledge while tracking competitive activity and market trends.

• Conduct product demonstrations, patient education sessions, and training workshops.

• Organize customer and account details within CRM systems and finalize sales, expense, and account reports.

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual strategies to achieve territory revenue goals.

• Maintain documentation and fulfill administrative and expense management responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• At least 2–4 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the medical or urology sector.

• Strong business sense, a proactive approach, and a results-driven mindset.

• Exceptional listening, presentation, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Keen attention to detail, proficient time management, and effective territory management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays (25% - 50%).

• A valid driver’s license is required.
