Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key eCommerce partners, such as digital agencies, online marketplaces, payment service providers, platforms, and third-party logistics providers.

• Work alongside partners to identify growth opportunities, align business objectives, and implement joint marketing initiatives.

• Ensure consistent communication with partners regarding referral performance, product updates, promotions, and other relevant information.

• Evaluate partner performance, analyze data, and suggest strategies to improve sales and revenue.

• Negotiate terms and agreements for partnerships and contracts.

• Seek and pursue opportunities for expansion, including new market entries and innovative partnership initiatives.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, events, and co-sponsorship opportunities.

• Develop presentations and materials that highlight the advantages of partnering with Global-e.

• Design and implement strategic plans aimed at achieving growth objectives.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and product development teams to ensure strategy alignment and drive results.

• Monitor partnership KPIs such as referrals, demos, average contract size, and total contracts.

• Generate actionable insights to optimize partner performance.

• Prepare and deliver regular reports to both internal stakeholders and partners.

• Foster relationships with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams.

• Act as the primary point of contact for eCommerce partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or at least 3 years of equivalent professional experience.

• A proven history in eCommerce partnership management or a similar commercial role, preferably within the eCommerce sector.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Comprehensive understanding of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce platforms, logistics, and digital marketing channels.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed decisions based on data.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite.
