This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and implement corporate partnership strategies.
• Assist in the qualification, nurturing, and development of new partnerships in areas such as cause marketing, sponsorships, and philanthropic contributions.
• Carry out proactive lead generation efforts to secure new in-kind and funding partnerships.
• Expand the partner network by exploring new industry segments and enhancing base-level funding sources.
• Conduct research to identify and qualify potential partners, creating detailed prospect research profiles.
• Develop presentations, pitch materials, briefings, and reports tailored for potential partners and donors.
• Aid senior leadership and cross-functional teams in spotting partnership opportunities.
• Support the reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnerships within the CRM system.
• Deliver coordinated partner relationship assistance through service and innovative problem-solving.
• Assist in national corporate and cause marketing initiatives.
• Facilitate partner onboarding, relationship management, and CRM administration.
• Completion of a post-secondary college diploma program or equivalent in business, marketing, fundraising management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a relevant domain.
• Experience in business-to-business marketing/sales, cause marketing, sponsorship, account development, partner acquisition, and/or lead generation.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is a significant advantage.
• Capability to manage complex projects and excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with the Internet and Intranet.
• Comfortable using CRM/databases such as Raiser’s Edge, Mission CRM, or Salesforce.
• Strong detail orientation, analytical abilities, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to establish positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with individuals at various organizational levels.
• Must reside in Canada.
