This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.
• Cultivate relationships with essential business and IT stakeholders while becoming knowledgeable about partner solutions.
• Conduct technical evaluations and share insights to proactively pinpoint and avert potential issues.
• Alert partners regarding technological updates or possible service interruptions and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance to partners on current and upcoming Red Hat offerings.
• Diagnose technical problems and facilitate issue escalation with Red Hat, partner, and customer teams.
• Analyze and deliver regular operational performance reports to leadership.
• Oversee partner use cases and ensure clear, concise documentation is maintained.
• Develop partner engagement strategies and keep solution documentation current.
• Nurture and expand partner relationships through dedicated, relationship-focused support.
• Establish trust with partners and represent their interests within Red Hat.
• Share expertise and best practices internally, contribute to projects and initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert and mentor.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues.
• Travel as required to engage with partners and participate in regional events.
• Assist enterprise partners in implementing automated and containerized cloud application platforms.
• Acquire knowledge in technologies such as container orchestration, container registries, container build strategies, and microservices on container platforms.
• Stay aligned with Red Hat’s cloud technology strategy.
• Support product engineering in developing solution patterns that promote platform adoption.
• Engage with field teams, customers, and partners to ensure positive experiences with cloud technology and successful long-term results.
• Communicate how Red Hat's cloud solutions and roadmap align with partner use cases.
• Background in a support, development, engineering, or quality assurance environment.
• Proficiency with enterprise cloud solutions, including OpenShift, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Advanced understanding of OpenStack and its components.
• Capability to manage and enhance existing enterprise partner relationships via proactive, relationship-driven support.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and strategic business drivers.
• Ability to juggle multiple issues and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Direct experience with a range of hardware or partner vendors.
• Experience in training and delivering presentations.
• Familiarity with system management, cloud, or server virtualization.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership or mentorship position.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, preferably in computer science or engineering (preferred, not mandatory).
