This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Act as the main point of contact for implementation partners.
• Offer technical and functional support along with necessary resources for partners.
• Lead regular status calls with partners regarding project delivery and any concerns.
• Develop and nurture partner relationships to ensure successful OneStream implementations.
• Provide guidance on partner health and future planning initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison among partners and the Support, Remote Consulting, Partner Enablement, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Address delivery timeline issues and mitigate project risks.
• Offer insights on partner leveling based on their implementation experience and skill sets.
• Encourage partners to create and sustain centers of excellence.
• Oversee partner-led implementations, supporting project delivery and success.
• Evaluate project plans and suggest improvements for timelines and go-live strategies.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and adoption through functional enablement efforts.
• Recommend enablement materials tailored to customer needs.
• Assess partner cases and COE utilization.
• Identify essential deliverables for partner success.
• Create and present Seismic pages containing functional information, features, and solution content.
• Engage partners through online courses, content, and enablement resources.
• Recognize opportunities for process improvements and devise strategies for efficiency.
• Develop proactive enablement and services to minimize customer escalations.
• Prepare SOP documentation and governance frameworks for projects.
• Conduct gap analyses with Partner Alliances to enhance partner processes and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, CIS, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management, or account management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or functional account management for CPM/EPM software implementations.
• Proficiency in both German and English is required.
• Experience in project, program, or account management.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
• Capable of managing multiple workstreams and delivering them on time.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong project and customer service abilities.
• Ability to communicate clear functional guidance and recommendations.
• Skill in building trust and fostering strong relationships.
• Capability to provide constructive feedback regarding implementations and project status.
• Proficient in creating drafts for project status updates.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, professional accounting designation, or other relevant certifications.
• Preferred: Knowledge of SQL, C#, VB.NET, Visual Basic, and object-oriented programming.
• Preferred: Experience with scalable and high-performing EPM/CPM products, Azure-based SaaS platforms, telemetry tools, and listed CPM/EPM solutions.
