This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive the acquisition of new clients, promote the use of PMI products, and manage accounts of existing clients through strategic growth initiatives and targeted account plans.
• Lead product usage in line with the geographic key account business strategy and roadmap.
• Assist in the development, execution, and organizational alignment of the regional business plan.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify key accounts in the region.
• Own, develop, execute, and sustain account plans, including the expansion of executive relationships and project/delivery networks.
• Comply with company standards regarding CRM utilization.
• Achieve business objectives by generating revenue from PMI products across new and existing accounts and expand the B2B Key Account customer base.
• Act as the primary relationship leader in the region/country for key organizational stakeholders.
• Work together with PMI staff in the region and peers in other regions to reach regional targets and create a unified account strategy.
• Establish an effective industry network in alignment with regional priorities.
• Gather sensing data from Key Accounts to guide PMI’s professional response.
• Expand PMI’s Council within the region through proactive recruitment.
• Drive account strategies in collaboration with marketing, client engagement, and sales execution teams, which includes thought leadership, market research, new products/solutions, events, and co-creation.
• Organize and participate in networking events to enhance PMI’s profile and brand recognition.
• Cultivate and maintain a thorough understanding of PMI's strategy, solution capabilities, strategic direction, and team capabilities.
• Keep precise pipeline and partner data for business intelligence, marketing, and KPIs.
• Create data-driven reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for regional teams and stakeholders.
• Focus on high-value initiatives and allocate resources to areas with the greatest return on investment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field is preferred; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development and managing complex sales cycles within the B2B selling process to multinational companies.
• Over 5 years of experience in process improvement, knowledge sharing, forecasting/budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic account planning.
• Experience in a sales environment within a growing global organization or similar product setting.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems is highly desirable.
• Proven advocacy experience with corporations and/or government entities.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred, as applicable by region.
• PMI Certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated success in achieving quota/annual targets in previous individual contributor roles.
• A strong inclination to learn about products and services to effectively respond to client inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Excellent presentation skills for senior-level global audiences.
• Technologically adept and a supporter of digital technology, including mobile, analytics, context-rich systems, and cloud solutions.
• Willingness and ability to become thoroughly familiar with project management, the profession, and PMI.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and support team objectives.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
