This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Ensure consistent and proactive communication with partner stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and engagement.
β’ Establish trust and credibility with partner stakeholders across various levels and regions.
β’ Convert partner feedback and requirements into actionable insights for product, operations, and clinical teams.
β’ Foster growth and expansion within existing partnerships.
β’ Manage visibility into essential program health metrics, including referral volume, SLA trends, approval rates, utilization, revenue trends, and conversion rates.
β’ Oversee partnership performance analytics and reporting.
β’ Recognize trends and anomalies, diagnose root causes, and drive resolutions through internal teams.
β’ Act as the escalation point for partner relationship challenges and systemic program issues.
β’ Identify bottlenecks in the partner journey and facilitate cross-functional resolutions.
β’ Design and implement partner-facing engagement initiatives with outcome tracking.
β’ Lead comprehensive implementation planning and execution for new partnerships from contract signing to program launch.
β’ Develop and enhance standardized implementation processes and documentation.
β’ Coordinate operations, clinical, and technical resources to ensure successful launches are completed on time and within scope.
β’ A clinical degree or licensure (OT or a related healthcare credential).
β’ At least 3 years of experience in project management, consulting, partner/account management, or a relevant field in healthcare, ideally with managed care organizations, Medicaid, or other healthcare payers.
β’ Proven experience in managing complex implementations or program launches.
β’ Understanding of healthcare payer operations, including knowledge of Medicaid, managed care, and value-based care models.
β’ Strong analytical abilities to interpret performance and program data effectively.
β’ A consultative approach with excellent problem-solving skills and client relationship management capabilities.
β’ Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating clinical and operational concepts for a variety of stakeholders.
β’ Knowledge of home and community-based services (HCBS), population health, and/or social determinants of health programs.
β’ Experience with healthcare technology implementations or operations within health plans.
β’ Background in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
