This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Insurity Partner Program along with designated partners.
• Manage the onboarding process for partners and their ongoing lifecycle management.
• Act as the main operational contact for assigned partners.
• Handle partner requests from the initial engagement phase through to exit.
• Conduct due diligence on new partner applications and present the program accordingly.
• Assist in the development of joint go-to-market business plans and implement agreed tactical initiatives.
• Provide resources, training, product materials, marketing assets, portal guidance, and coordination of quarterly business reviews/annual business reviews.
• Facilitate partner renewals and structured exits.
• Manage partner newsletters, event invitations, sponsorships, and sales for Partner Day attendance/sponsorship.
• Create and maintain partner and contact records in SFDC PRM, assign training, and ensure that systems, environments, and tools are available.
• Maintain lead forecasting, deal registration, opportunity tagging, and updates to SFDC CRM/PRM.
• Oversee partner sales pipeline processes and conduct overlap checks.
• Manage the processing of partner legal agreements with internal stakeholders.
• Calculate and monitor Partner Sales Assist Fees and referral fee payments in collaboration with Finance.
• Coordinate joint marketing and sales activities, campaigns, events, Campaign-in-a-Box, and Deal-in-a-Box initiatives with partners.
• Track and report on partner performance, including annual tier promotion or relegation reviews.
• Support operations for the PRM Partner Portal and offer operational guidance.
• Create and manage partner agreements, program guidelines, go-to-market sales kits, and enablement materials.
• Analyze operational and performance metrics to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement approved automation and agentic AI process enhancements.
• Promote continuous improvements in partner experience and program operations.
• Assist in the design and launch of an Operations AI Fleet of agents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• 5–7 years of pertinent business experience in enterprise SaaS Partner Success Management or a closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; equivalent work experience may be accepted.
• Strong knowledge of the Insurity Partner Program, partner lifecycle management, and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
• Familiarity with Insurity products, SaaS/BaaS positioning, as well as partner pipeline and revenue generation.
• Understanding of partner scorecards, tiering models, incentive programs, and co-sell/referral processes.
• Practical knowledge of enterprise software operations; familiarity with the insurance/P&C market is preferred.
• Advanced skills in documentation, communication, analytical and critical thinking, English communication, time management, prioritization, organization, project management, process analysis, data analysis, SaaS systems and workflows, change management, coaching, training, presentation, and partner advocacy.
• Extensive experience with SFDC CRM and SFDC PRM.
• Administration and support of PRM Partner Portal workflows.
• Lead registration, opportunity management, and maintenance of pipeline hygiene processes.
• Proficiency in workflow, ticketing, and project management tools.
• Experience with reporting, spreadsheet, and dashboard tools.
• Familiarity with documentation, knowledge management, and enablement repositories.
• Knowledge of automation and agentic AI tools for partner operations.
• Relevant insurance, Salesforce/SFDC PRM-related, or partner ecosystem/channel program certifications are advantageous.
• Travel requirements range from 0–20%.
• Proficiency in English is essential for communication with clients, partners, and colleagues outside of Quebec.
• Candidates seeking permanent positions in Quebec must be fluent in French.
