Partner Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders and create focused sales strategies to enhance the adoption of ETAP solutions among strategic partners.

• Collaborate on account planning with regional teams across global partnerships.

• Engage in joint customer interactions.

• Drive the creation, qualification, and closure of opportunities.

• Align synergy efforts with marketing, product, and sales teams.

• Keep up-to-date with product offerings and solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver elevator pitches to clients.

• Develop and sustain partner relationships that reflect shared objectives.

• Promote collaboration and lead joint marketing efforts.

• Identify, nurture, and oversee strategic partnerships with technology providers, utilities, engineering firms, and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the energy sector.

• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

• Experience with electrical power systems software solutions is highly beneficial.

• Proficient in applying consultative selling techniques.

• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills focused on the energy sector.

• Self-motivated and results-driven.

• Comfortable operating within a matrix organization and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of engaging with senior-level stakeholders in a global context.

• An MBA is a plus.

• Candidates must complete and pass a thorough background check.

• Proof of work authorization may be necessary.
