This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Clearly communicate the features, advantages, and business value of the DevRev platform.
• Convert partner business models and goals into solutions aligned with DevRev.
• Aid in solution discovery, architecture, and proposal development during the sales process.
• Provide partner enablement through product updates, training bootcamps, SE shadowing, technical workshops, and collaborative solution development.
• Empower partners to independently conduct pre-sales activities and drive regional revenue growth.
• Assist with demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Oversee and manage technical evaluations and proof-of-value initiatives.
• Work alongside support and product teams to overcome technical challenges.
• Collect and communicate product feedback, partner insights, and customer pain points.
• Collaborate on enablement plans, certification pathways, role-based training modules, technical objectives, and milestone tracking.
• Lead certification bootcamps and instructor-led training sessions.
• Conduct Expert Sessions on product launches and best practices.
• Expand enablement efforts across partner organizations.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with partner architects and C-level executives.
• Facilitate roadmap alignment discussions and technical quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Create and maintain partner organization charts and communication matrices.
• Advocate for DevRev within partner organizations and support partner-driven upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with Field SEs and Solution Architects for co-selling and support efforts.
• Establish a technical partner community through roundtables, regional events, and community forums.
• Mentor technical champions within partner organizations.
• Maintain visibility through LinkedIn, blog contributions, forums, and content creation.
• Assist with media, co-marketing, reference case development, and campaign initiatives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or platform vendor environments in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a partner-focused capacity.
• Demonstrated success in delivering technical demonstrations, workshops, and customized solution proposals.
• Strong technical expertise in explaining complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in conducting competitive analysis, identifying partner opportunities, and influencing product roadmap direction.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including international travel.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Datadog, PagerDuty, Sentry, Slack, Notion, and Confluence.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Bash.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Skills in using CLI tools, Git, JSON/YAML, log parsing, and basic SQL.
• Familiarity with Postman, Beeceptor, Docker, VS Code, and GitHub.
• Exposure to low-code platforms and workflow builders; frontend knowledge of React, Tailwind, Flask, and HTML/CSS.
• Ability to quickly prototype using Cursor, Claude Code, and MCP.
• Comfort with prompt design and LLM-based workflows.
• Experience in GenAI applications, including conversational AI, ticket deflection and triage, and AI assistants and agents.
• Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, middleware, APIs, frontend/backend layers, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, GitLab, HTTP, DNS, authentication, and proxies.
• Experience in modeling AI-driven workflows and SaaS use cases.
• Capability to design incident resolution loops, product feedback cycles, and end-to-end service operations.
• Skill in co-creating embedded offerings with partners utilizing DevRev’s foundational elements.
