Partner Solutions Architect – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the effective onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of technical resources associated with partners;

• Engage in regular joint business planning and review meetings to ensure alignment between Datadog and Partner technical teams;

• Work collaboratively to support Partner technical initiatives, including end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, partner team enablement workshops, and provide assessment, advice, and coaching on best practices;

• Represent Partners’ technical issues (such as use cases, feature requests, and support challenges) to Datadog internal teams, assisting in the resolution of these concerns;

• Regularly analyze and comprehend Partner service offerings, providing recommendations to improve the value of these services through enhanced adoption of Datadog features and capabilities;

• Collaborate with Datadog’s product management, engineering, and technical services teams to assist in identifying and prioritizing new features and enhancements;

• Continuously curate and refine best practices for successful adoption of the Datadog platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations;

• Proven track record and an enduring passion for learning;

• A proactive, tech-savvy professional with solid business acumen, capable of articulating Datadog's value from server room to boardroom;

• Confident presentation abilities;

• Must currently reside in the EU;

• Preferred hands-on experience in two or more of the following domains:

• Observability: Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, or Dynatrace;

• Public Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba;

• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Cloud Foundry;

• Development/Scripting: Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, or Go;

• Configuration Management: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef;

• CI/CD: Jenkins or Gitlab.
