Partner Solutions Architect – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in technical initiatives and activities for partners, encompassing cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation.

• Ensure the effective onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical personnel.

• Engage in collaborative business planning and review meetings with Datadog and partner technical teams.

• Support partner technical endeavors such as end-customer presentations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, assessments, guidance, and coaching.

• Champion partners’ technical issues with internal Datadog teams and facilitate their resolution.

• Evaluate partner service offerings and suggest improvements to enhance their value through better Datadog adoption.

• Work alongside product management, engineering, and technical services teams to pinpoint and prioritize new features and functionalities.

• Curate and advance best practices for the adoption and success of the Datadog platform.

• Strong technical foundation with practical experience in IT Development and/or Operations.

• Proven track record and an unwavering enthusiasm for continuous learning.

• Self-motivated, tech-savvy professional with robust business insight.

• Capability to convey the value of Datadog from server room to boardroom.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Must currently reside in the EU.

• Practical experience in two or more of the following areas is preferred: Observability; Public Cloud; Containerization; Development/Scripting; Configuration Management; CI/CD.

• Previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners is advantageous.

• Previous experience with Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools is a plus.

• Prior experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging is beneficial.
