This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Drive revenue growth across a range of channel and partner accounts by creating a partner-sourced pipeline and enhancing sales execution.
• Construct and maintain targeted account lists informed by sales propensity, account history, refresh cycles, competitive activities, and opportunities for attachment.
• Direct sales leads to suitable partner sellers with relevant account context, recommended next steps, and defined ownership.
• Track lead progression and follow up on aging or inactive opportunities to guarantee timely actions and closed-loop reporting.
• Evaluate partner pipeline against objectives, identify gaps, assess conversion rates and aging, and determine actions for improvement.
• Equip partner sellers with sales plays, call guides, competitive positioning, pricing guidance, objection handling, onboarding, and certification activities.
• Assist partner-managed opportunities throughout the sales cycle, including internal approvals, escalations, special pricing requests, and strategic deal support.
• Create reporting and business intelligence that converts sales data into actionable targeting, coverage, and pipeline recommendations.
• Examine partner and account coverage to uncover gaps, overlaps, lapsed accounts, and opportunities for better seller allocation.
• Collaborate across sales, partner, distribution, and internal stakeholder groups to eliminate obstacles and sustain momentum on strategic opportunities.
• Support incentive and partner programs and implement strategic initiatives involving AI-enabled sales motions and device positioning.
• Contribute to digital merchandising and e-commerce efforts that enhance product visibility and partner selling effectiveness.
• Establish repeatable operational processes, business rhythms, and reporting mechanisms that enhance sales execution and scalability.
• Provide regular updates to sales leadership and stakeholders on revenue performance, pipeline coverage, lead follow-up, account coverage, and seller enablement.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent training and experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, sales operations, account management, business development, or a related area.
• Experience working with channel partners, resellers, distributors, or indirect sales organizations.
• Proven experience in managing or influencing sales pipeline, account coverage, lead management, or revenue-generating activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret sales data and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities with the skill to juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to effectively communicate with sales professionals and leadership.
• Ability to operate in a structured, process-oriented manner while effectively navigating an ambiguous and evolving environment.
• Preferred: Experience with commercial devices, IT hardware, technology products, or related B2B technology sales.
• Preferred: Experience generating revenue through partner sellers rather than solely through direct customer relationships.
• Preferred: Experience with partner programs, deal registration, special pricing, incentives, reseller agreements, or distribution models.
• Preferred: Experience in developing account targeting, propensity models, coverage plans, or prioritized sales lists.
• Preferred: Experience in partner seller enablement, onboarding, certification, sales training, or sales-play development.
• Preferred: Experience supporting competitive displacement, device refresh cycles, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience with digital merchandising, e-commerce, or partner storefront optimization.
• Preferred: Experience supporting emerging AI-related sales initiatives, AI-enabled devices, or technology positioning.
• Preferred: Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and sales-management tools, reporting platforms, and collaboration technologies.
• Preferred: Experience developing KPI reporting and business rhythms for sales or partner organizations.
• Preferred: Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.
