This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Lead the technical execution strategy for designated GSIs and RSIs, ensuring alignment between Pigment product features and industry practices of partners.
• Direct partner Centers of Excellence by conducting technical health assessments, establishing architectural standards, and providing early access to product roadmaps.
• Create and implement enablement programs tailored for partner Solutions Architects and Lead Model Builders.
• Design and enhance technical onboarding processes for new implementation partners.
• Generate technical resources, integration documentation, and best practices for model building.
• Advocate for Pigment's native AI functionalities and AI-assisted modeling tools within partner implementations.
• Assist in partner-driven strategic sales cycles by facilitating discovery sessions, framing business value, and achieving technical successes.
• Supervise partner-led scoping workshops and proofs of concept aimed at developing scalable, high-performance models.
• Act as a liaison between GSI delivery teams and Pigment's Product and Professional Services teams to address complex implementation challenges.
• Function as a subject matter expert on Pigment's architecture, multidimensional modeling, dependency mapping, and formula optimization.
• Guide integrations with ERP systems, CRMs, HRIS platforms, and cloud data warehouses.
• Assist in the transition from legacy EPM systems to Pigment's architecture.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on partner feedback and product suggestions.
• Mentor internal Solutions Consultants and Technical Account Managers regarding GSI engagement, delivery governance, and partner relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in a highly technical consulting or solution architecture position within the EPM/Business Planning arena.
• Extensive experience collaborating directly with or within Global and Regional System Integrators.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts, SQL, and API-driven enterprise application integrations.
• An MBA or Master's degree in Finance/Data Science is advantageous.
