
Partner Program Manager β Service Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage daily relationships with a portfolio of service delivery partners, including consultancies, MSPs, and vCISO firms.
β’ Act as the main partner contact for program participation, escalations, joint pipeline initiatives, and growth strategies.
β’ Conduct QBRs/MBRs with senior stakeholders from partner organizations.
β’ Align partners on shared objectives, delivery capabilities, and quarterly commitments.
β’ Assist in partner recruitment utilizing internally sourced leads.
β’ Guide promising firms through the onboarding process and into the partner program.
β’ Collaborate with the Partner Certification team to create and maintain service-oriented learning content.
β’ Oversee services-side partner enablement, which includes onboarding, ongoing training, instructor-led workshops, and product/framework rollouts.
β’ Establish and track partner delivery quality metrics, such as implementation CSAT, time-to-audit, audit control coverage, and escalation rates.
β’ Lead remediation initiatives when partner delivery does not meet Drata standards.
β’ Develop feedback mechanisms with Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
β’ Integrate delivery insights into partner enablement and program development.
β’ Collaborate with the Channel Sales program manager on shared rhythms, consistent messaging, and lifecycle transitions.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner programs, channel/alliances, partner enablement, or partner operations at a B2B SaaS company, or equivalent experience leading service delivery or partner engagement at a consulting or audit firm closely associated with SaaS platforms.
β’ Proven experience in designing or managing partner enablement, certification, or accreditation programs at scale.
β’ Strong program management capabilities.
β’ Ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams and partner cohorts.
β’ Cross-functional experience with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product teams.
β’ Skill in translating partner feedback into clear, actionable requests.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Comfortable presenting to internal leadership and senior stakeholders at partner organizations.
β’ Demonstrated ability to independently structure and tackle ambiguous challenges.
β’ Familiarity with the GRC, security, or compliance sectors and their market landscape (preferred).
β’ Direct experience working within or establishing a partner program for a GRC, security, or compliance vendor (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with PRM platforms such as Allbound, Impartner, or PartnerStack, as well as Salesforce-based partner workflows (preferred).
β’ Basic technical fluency regarding platform capabilities, APIs, and integrations (preferred).
β’ Relevant industry certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, or ASAP CA-AM (preferred).
β’ Must reside in the United States.
