This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance our footprint in Supply Chain Management alongside the leadership team

• Oversee teams of Supply Chain Consultants

• Propel innovative initiatives, especially with an emphasis on digitalization

• Broaden subject matter expertise

• Create customized service offerings to address Supply Chain Management challenges

• Drive business development efforts and utilize our extensive SCM network

• Identify new market opportunities, particularly in the DACH region

• Manage sales activities throughout the complete sales cycle

• Represent our service portfolio and craft tailored proposals

• Lead significant client projects

• Tackle strategic challenges in Supply Chain Transformation, Operational Excellence, Digital SCM, and Sales & Operations Planning

• Develop planning processes or a Target Operating Model

• Engage in communication at the C-level

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree at diploma or master’s level, such as in business administration, economics, and/or engineering

• Expert knowledge in Supply Chain Transformation

• Several years of consulting experience

• Proven success in leading complex Supply Chain Transformation projects sustainably

• Software expertise is a plus but not mandatory

• Experience with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP is particularly desirable

• Familiarity with or exposure to Kinaxis, o9, and OMP is beneficial

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent process and project management abilities

• A passion for business development with the capability to identify and leverage market opportunities

• Authentic presence with the ability to foster trusting relationships

• Respectful communication across all levels of the hierarchy

• Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading, coaching, and developing dedicated teams

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
