This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance our footprint in Supply Chain Management in partnership with the leadership team

• Oversee Supply Chain Consultants

• Propel innovative initiatives, especially with an emphasis on digitalization

• Broaden subject-matter expertise

• Create customized Supply Chain Management service offerings for clients

• Initiate business development efforts and utilize the extensive SCM network

• Identify new market opportunities, particularly in the DACH region

• Direct sales activities across the entire sales cycle

• Present the service portfolio and craft personalized proposals

• Manage large-scale client projects

• Tackle strategic challenges in Supply Chain Transformation, Operational Excellence, Digital SCM, and Sales & Operations Planning

• Develop planning processes and Target Operating Models

• Engage in communication at the C-level

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Diploma or Master's degree, such as in business administration, economics, and/or engineering

• In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Transformation

• Several years of consulting experience

• Demonstrated success in leading complex Supply Chain Transformation projects sustainably

• Software expertise is a plus but not mandatory

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP is particularly beneficial

• Familiarity with Kinaxis, o9, and OMP is advantageous for further enhancing the service portfolio

• Strong analytical abilities

• Exceptional process and project management capabilities

• Enthusiasm for business development and the ability to recognize and seize market opportunities

• Authenticity and the skill to cultivate trusting relationships

• Respectful communication across all organizational levels

• Capability to lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team

• Compelling and confident communication skills in both German and English
