This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Regional Partner Operations Specialists.

• Provide support for the onboarding, performance management, and ongoing assistance of Vehicle Delivery Partners.

• Develop a high-performing team that supports Delivery Partners.

• Act as Slate’s main point of contact for Delivery Partners.

• Collaborate with Fulfillment, Logistics, Service, Accessories, and other internal teams.

• Assist in resolving vehicle and delivery issues, driving decision-making to enhance delivery effectiveness.

• Create and monitor performance metrics for Delivery Partners.

• Tackle operational challenges and optimize cost-effective solutions while ensuring high service standards.

• Validate and approve monthly invoices from Delivery Partners based on internal work records.

• Monitor actual monthly costs against planned figures and suggest planning and process enhancements.

• Implement and carry out vehicle and material inventory reporting and cycle counting with Delivery Partners.

• Aid Delivery Partners in addressing vehicle repairs necessary before customer delivery.

• Report to the Head of Sales Planning and Fulfillment.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred; hands-on experience with a proven success record may be considered as a substitute.

• Over 5 years of experience in vehicle delivery and/or automotive distribution, ideally with direct experience working with OEMs or Dealers.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of Regional Support Specialists.

• Established experience in managing relationships with third-party service providers.

• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in start-up settings.

• Familiarity with warehousing practices, material management, business planning, and financial considerations.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and internal teams.

• Capable of effectively representing and promoting the Slate brand.

• Experience with ERP systems and Project Management tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 35 pounds.

• Capacity to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended durations.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
