📋 Description

• Lead a team of Regional Partner Operations Specialists.

• Facilitate onboarding, performance management, and ongoing support for Delivery Partners.

• Build and maintain a high-performing team dedicated to supporting Delivery Partners.

• Represent Slate to Delivery Partners as the primary contact.

• Act as the main liaison between Delivery Partners and Slate’s internal cross-functional teams.

• Help resolve vehicle and delivery issues while driving decision-making to enhance delivery effectiveness.

• Develop and monitor metrics to assess Delivery Partner performance.

• Proactively identify operational issues and implement cost-effective solutions while ensuring high service levels.

• Validate and approve monthly Delivery Partner invoices in accordance with internal work records.

• Track actual monthly costs against the plan and suggest process improvements to minimize expenses.

• Implement and manage vehicle and material inventory reporting and cycle counting programs.

• Assist Delivery Partners with necessary vehicle repairs prior to customer delivery.

• Report directly to the Head of Sales Planning and Fulfillment.

• Collaborate with Fulfillment, Logistics, Service, Accessories, and other internal teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in vehicle delivery and/or automotive distribution, ideally with direct involvement with OEMs or Dealers.

• Demonstrated experience in managing a team of Regional Support Specialists.

• Proven success in overseeing relationships with third-party service providers.

• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in startup environments.

• Experience with warehousing practices, material management, business planning, and understanding financial implications.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and internal teams.

• Capability to represent and promote the Slate brand.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and Project Management tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.

• Capacity to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• Applicants must have permanent authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
