
Partner Marketing Manager – Insurance, Strategic Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Develop and oversee collaborative go-to-market strategies for insurance and OEM partners.
• Design and expand partner marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, product launches, events, webinars, customer success stories, thought leadership, communications, and sales enablement.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, serving as a strategic marketing consultant.
• Work alongside Partner Sales and Partner Programs to formulate integrated marketing strategies.
• Collaborate across departments with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field and Event Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, Communications, and Marketing Operations.
• Develop messaging and enablement resources for partner executives, sellers, customers, and prospects.
• Set KPIs, assess program effectiveness, relay insights, and enhance investments utilizing partner and campaign data.
• Establish standardized processes, playbooks, and operational rhythms for partner marketing.
• Handle multiple high-visibility projects and external stakeholders effectively.
• Advocate for Samsara’s cultural principles as the company expands globally.
• 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, product marketing, alliances, or related program management positions.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement integrated, high-impact marketing programs in collaboration with external partners and evaluate their outcomes.
• Proven experience in building relationships with both internal teams and external partner stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, customer- and partner-focused messaging.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Strong skills in cross-functional project and program management.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making, including defining success metrics and leveraging performance insights.
• Collaborative, proactive, and responsible working approach.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 15% travel is necessary.
