This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the strategy and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives that enhance OpenSesame’s indirect business.
• Engage priority partners’ existing customer bases and prospects through co-marketing efforts, account-based strategies, vertical campaigns, email outreach, webinars, events, marketplace activities, landing pages, and other marketing channels.
• Drive the generation of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, sales-qualified leads, and bookings.
• Oversee marketing development funds, including planning, utilization, compliance, and performance analysis.
• Provide Strategic Partner Managers and partner field teams with scalable campaigns, messaging, campaign kits, events, target-account strategies, engagement flows, launch communications, and referral pathways.
• Advocate for OpenSesame’s partner value and collaborative success stories across all marketing initiatives and channels.
• Collaborate with Partners, Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Field and Account-Based Marketing, and GTM Operations.
• Create shared briefs, maintain planning rhythms, define roles, establish handoff procedures, service levels, and decision-making criteria.
• Define campaign objectives and reporting schedules; monitor funnel and revenue metrics by partner and program.
• Evaluate performance and convert results into optimization and investment strategies.
• Develop repeatable partner marketing programs and playbooks.
• Utilize AI for research, personalization, content creation, campaign development, analysis, reporting, and workflow improvements.
• Take charge of ongoing programs in the first 30 days, setting priorities, trackers, and funnel baselines.
• Initiate partner campaign pilots and measurement processes in days 31–60.
• Refine pilots, create repeatable playbooks, develop plans for the next quarter, and deliver executive summaries during days 61–90.
• Travel to around 10 trade shows and live events each year.
• Demonstrable examples from your professional experience illustrating your capability to fulfill the role.
• Proven experience in building systems, fostering alignment, and achieving significant impact at scale.
• Proficiency in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated partner marketing initiatives.
• Capability to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings.
• Experience with co-marketing, account-based strategies, vertical campaigns, email outreach, webinars, events, marketplace activities, and landing pages.
• Competence in managing marketing development funds, including planning, utilization, compliance, and performance reporting.
• Ability to equip partner managers and field teams with effective campaigns, messaging, campaign kits, events, target-account strategies, engagement flows, product and launch communications, and referral pathways.
• Experience in establishing shared briefs, planning rhythms, roles, handoff procedures, service levels, and decision-making criteria.
• Familiarity with tracking leads, MQLs, SALs, opportunities, pipeline metrics, sourced revenue, expansion revenue, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Aptitude for applying AI in account and audience research, personalization, content adaptation, campaign development, analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Willingness to travel for approximately 10 events annually, typically spending 3–4 days per trip.
• Openness to travel up to 15 days per year as required.
