This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Expand and oversee IFS's partner ecosystem, focusing on OEM and ISV partners.
• Recruit, onboard, and offboard OEM and ISV partners effectively.
• Manage daily partner relationships, serving as the primary liaison between partners and IFS teams.
• Maintain up-to-date partner information and processes on the IFS Marketplace.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on commercial models, royalties, licensing, and payments related to partners.
• Assist the Sales team in partner-product transactions, including co-selling and go-to-market initiatives.
• Facilitate partner access to IFS resources, such as demos, the Demo Showroom, and the IFS Academy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on partner product use cases that integrate with IFS solutions.
• Support strategic sales cases that require non-standard commercial arrangements.
• Drive the recruitment, activation, commercial performance, and revenue growth of partners.
• Assist in strategic partner-program initiatives and process enhancement.
• Conduct competitor research, analyze trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for ecosystem growth and translate strategic plans into actionable steps.
• Enhance partner operations through collaboration with partners and internal teams.
• Develop documentation, enablement materials, and training content.
• Generate reports and deliver regular and ad-hoc insights on partner performance.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in partner, channel, or alliance management, preferably with OEM and ISV models.
• Strong understanding of contracts, pricing, licensing, and royalty structures.
• Experience in supporting co-selling and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Capability to align business processes, technology, and partner strategies effectively.
• Persistent and focused on delivering results.
