Partner Growth Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Manage the relationship and development with Google field teams.

• Enhance and expand CDW Cloud’s presence within the Google ecosystem.

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at Google and within the internal CDW team.

• Facilitate regular cadence meetings and quarterly business reviews with Google and ISV partners.

• Oversee partner sales portals and take ownership of a joint pipeline of channel-sourced opportunities.

• Promote CDW Cloud’s capabilities to Google and ISV field teams.

• Provide education to partners on new go-to-market strategies.

• Collaborate with Google and ISV marketing teams to organize local and virtual events.

• Monitor ROI and funnel contributions from Google and partner ISVs.

• Assist CDW Sales teams with Google or ISV opportunities, which includes funding requests, access to partner subject matter experts, and addressing opportunity blockers.

• Stay informed about Google and ISV programs and initiatives and relay updates to CDW teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a Channel Sales or Alliance Management role.

• Familiarity with public Cloud Computing principles and delivery models such as IaaS, SaaS, and DevOps.

• Preference for candidates with a working knowledge of Google sales.

• Proficient in Salesforce or a comparable sales management tool.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of presenting to large audiences.

• Must possess a strong customer service orientation and a commitment to teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and initiative.

• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%.

• Google Cloud Practitioner certification must be obtained within one year of employment.
