This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for achieving a revenue target for bookings influenced or sourced by partners within the designated North American Sales segment.
• Work alongside field sales teams to incorporate partners into essential account strategies and deal processes.
• Develop and implement joint sales initiatives with System Integrators (SIs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), Nvidia, and channel partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner sales within the assigned Nebius sales segment.
• Create joint account planning workshops, facilitate account collaboration calls, launch partner campaigns, and drive demand-generation efforts.
• Lead joint forecasting, ensure pipeline visibility, and maintain reporting standards.
• Establish collaborative go-to-market (GTM) strategies, delivery frameworks, and enablement pathways.
• Synchronize partner strategies, programs, and field execution with both global and regional Partner Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering on initiatives led by partners and proof-of-concept projects.
• Offer insights to refine Nebius’ overarching partner strategy.
• Keep precise records of partner pipeline data, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key partners and internal stakeholders.
• Enhance partner engagement models by leveraging data-driven insights and feedback from the field.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances; preferably within the cloud, AI, data, or analytics sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales and revenue objectives through partner ecosystems.
• In-depth knowledge of SI/GSI, Channel, and Nvidia partnership frameworks, including co-selling, marketplaces, and resale operations.
• Capability to formulate GTM strategies and execute them with field and partner teams.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable interacting with executives both internally and externally.
• Proficient in navigating intricate partner organizations, aligning incentives, and fostering durable relationships.
• Ability to work independently in rapidly growing environments and achieve results without extensive structure.
• Capacity to collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and partner divisions.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility as a hiring condition.
