Partner Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of technical integration initiatives with partners, such as ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers.

• Ensure visibility into partner architectures, product roadmaps, and technical priorities.

• Relay partner requirements to Product and Engineering teams while monitoring integration progress.

• Provide technical enablement for partners, including training, documentation, and architectural guidance.

• Assist in partner onboarding and preparation for integrating and promoting Hyland solutions.

• Engage in solution validation, technical discovery, and discussions regarding customer architectures.

• Collaborate with Partner Sales Managers on technical readiness for co-selling opportunities.

• Convert integrations into clear technical value propositions.

• Offer technical support throughout deal cycles.

• Serve as a liaison between partner technical teams and Hyland Product Engineering and Solutions.

• Monitor and escalate technical obstacles impacting integration or the success of partners.

• Provide insights on integration quality and partner preparedness.

• Enhance documentation and reusable technical resources.

• Facilitate the scaling of repeatable integration patterns through documented guidance and shared technical assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in technical partnerships, solution engineering, integrations, or similar roles.

• In-depth understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.

• Proven experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

• Capable of managing multiple integrations or partner initiatives at the same time.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
