Partner Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Make supplier-selection decisions based on data for accounts and content specialties in collaboration with Program Squads.

• Lead communication and onboarding processes for new client programs with suppliers.

• Ensure suppliers are adequately skilled for clients and Pantheon programs.

• Monitor supplier utilization and suggest adjustments to resource deployment.

• Assist Talent Procurement in developing recruitment campaigns for new suppliers.

• Conduct regular supplier quality assessments in line with the Welocalize LQA strategy.

• Monitor and flag suppliers who fall below established thresholds for OTD, task acceptance time, language quality, and adherence to instructions.

• Initiate Quality Improvement Plans, conduct root cause analyses, or implement corrective and preventive measures as necessary.

• Collaborate with Program Squads to comprehend customer capacity needs and ensure they are fulfilled.

• Take ownership of the performance of both internal and external resources, including capacity planning, resource utilization, OTD, and quality standards.

• Measure, monitor, and enhance supplier performance across designated languages.

• Coordinate with Talent Procurement to satisfy customer capacity demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a dynamic, client-focused environment, preferably within the translation or localization sector.

• Familiarity with the language services industry, coupled with an interest in its technology, processes, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.

• Proficient in data literacy and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

• Capability to manage various priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, and deadline-driven setting.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

• Competence to work effectively in a team or independently.

• Ability to prioritize ongoing projects according to business needs and urgency.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in English.

• A minimum of a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong listening and collaboration abilities.

• Understanding of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).

• Results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to drive performance and achieve results.

• Skill in formulating clear solutions to complex challenges.
