
Partner Enablement, Program Manager – Startups

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and sustain partner enablement resources, including presentations, informational one-pagers, playbooks, and activation guides.
• Oversee the operational rhythm and logistics of partner programs across various partner types.
• Organize Supabase’s participation in partner and venture capital-related events, which includes sourcing and preparing speakers.
• Plan and execute Supabase hackathons from start to finish, including coordination, logistics, sponsorships, judging, prizes, promotion, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships, Startups, GTM, DevRel, Events, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with pipeline objectives.
• Evaluate and report on program effectiveness through metrics such as signups, credit redemptions, partner-sourced pipeline, and event results.
• Discover new enablement and program opportunities and suggest initiatives with a clear return on investment.
• Create a reusable events menu and enablement playbook.
• Facilitate consistent events and partner activations that yield strong attendance and measurable signups.
• Establish reporting that links enablement and event activities to partner-sourced pipeline.
• 3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, program management, event marketing, or partner marketing.
• Experience preferably in developer tools, startups, or venture ecosystems.
• Proven history of executing hackathons, meetups, conferences, or workshops from planning through to post-event analysis.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience engaging with technology partners, venture capitalists, accelerators, and community leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create polished enablement materials and prepare speakers effectively.
• Experience in metrics-based measurement and reporting.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first setting with significant autonomy.
• Located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to attend regular in-person events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
