Partner Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Advocate for HPE Compute through engagement, presentations, and digital initiatives with Partner Sales Teams.

• Execute and advance HPE strategy, programs, and systems on behalf of Partners.

• Collaborate on joint plans and sales initiatives with HPE Sales Territory Managers and Partner Business Managers.

• Enhance understanding of partner objectives, industry trends, IT investment strategies, HPE priorities, and HPE technology.

• Coordinate with Business Unit and Marketing teams to effectively position HPE in the market.

• Expand the sales pipeline and facilitate deal closures through proactive engagement with partners and co-sellers.

• Lead sales efforts and provide enablement for Partners regarding HPE Compute's value proposition and product portfolio.

• Promote the HPE brand while creatively addressing challenges faced by customers and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university or Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• An MBA is preferred.

• Generally, 4+ years of sales experience is expected.

• Strong business acumen coupled with analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.

• Proven experience in driving sales through partner collaboration.

• A mindset focused on transformation and problem-solving.

• Demonstrated commitment, accountability, and follow-through with partners and stakeholders.
