Partner Audit Remediation Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +29 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise enterprise audit operations concerning partner compliance with Waymo's partner standards.

• Evaluate partner audits to determine adherence to contracts, legal obligations, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with partners to resolve compliance or conformity challenges and execute corrective action strategies.

• Follow up on audit results to confirm the execution of corrective measures and obtain Waymo SME approval.

• Offer guidance to partners on aligning with best practices and adapting to regulatory changes.

• Provide consistent updates to leadership regarding partner remediation outcomes.

• Report directly to the Head of Partner Audit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 5 years in compliance, auditing, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Detail-focused with strong organizational capabilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar qualifications are preferred.

• Experience in risk management and the development of compliance programs is preferred.

• Background in conducting internal, vendor, and partner audits is preferred.

• Experience in project management is preferred.
