
Partner Account Manager – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for the DACH region, which includes identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new partners.
• Establish and continuously enhance long-term, trust-based relationships with current partners.
• Assist partners in business development, pipeline generation, and market expansion to foster sustainable revenue growth.
• Organize and conduct collaborative business plans and regular partner reviews, incorporating the definition and tracking of clear goals and KPIs.
• Empower partners through training and workshops, along with sales and marketing support, in conjunction with Presales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and other internal teams.
• Oversee and coordinate sales opportunities with partners from lead generation to successful closing.
• Represent the company at partner events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
• Report directly to the Unit Lead Sales DACH.
• Minimum of three years of experience in partner management at a vendor, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity industry.
• Demonstrated experience in building and developing sales partners, resellers, or system integrators is essential.
• Confident in working with complex, consultative solutions such as software, cloud, or hybrid solutions.
• A strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills and a structured work approach.
• Familiarity with modern CRM and sales tools, along with partner-focused go-to-market strategies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong negotiation abilities at the executive level.
• University degree or equivalent qualification, along with a dedication to ongoing professional development.
• Proficient in written and spoken German, as well as strong English skills for international collaboration.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region for partner meetings and events.
