This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and strategic advisor post-sale for designated partner accounts.
• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships founded on trust, transparency, and shared objectives.
• Gain insights into partners’ businesses, key performance indicators (KPIs), and growth strategies.
• Advocate for partner success through consistent engagement, planning meetings, and business evaluations.
• Take ownership of account growth and retention, aiding in the enhancement of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for WEX.
• Identify and finalize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Oversee the renewal process while demonstrating value to the partners.
• Leverage strategic planning and quarterly business reviews to highlight return on investment (ROI) and create expansion roadmaps.
• Guide partners on product best practices and advanced features.
• Formulate enablement plans to enhance product utilization and adoption.
• Serve as an escalation point for resolving issues and ensuring partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Service, Compliance, Legal, and other internal teams.
• Provide product updates and relay partner feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Represent the partner's interests within WEX.
• Maintain precise records of partner status, activities, and opportunities.
• Track and report on satisfaction, renewal, and revenue growth metrics.
• Contribute to strategies, playbooks, and best practices for partner success.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned to fulfill business requirements.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Preferred in-depth knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, Commuter, COBRA, and Direct Billing.
• Strong understanding of Savings & Spending and COBRA regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated history of managing strategic relationships and fostering account growth.
• Experience with renewals, negotiations, expansions, and meeting retention and revenue goals.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship development skills.
• High accountability mentality; capable of taking ownership, delivering results, and building trust.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficient in CRM and client engagement platforms, including Salesforce.
• Eligibility for commissions for most sales positions under a relevant plan.
