This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Manage relationships with C-level executives and Practice Directors across specialized and regional partner practices.
• Create and implement joint business strategies that include annual revenue goals, practice expansion targets, and delivery capacity objectives.
• Introduce global migration playbooks, tiered commercial packaging, and Webex AI sales initiatives within regional partner practices.
• Conduct time-sensitive acceleration sprints for high-potential regional partners.
• Develop professional services packaging, architect certifications, and initial pilot implementations.
• Design campaigns aimed at transitioning on-premise contact center seats to Webex Contact Center and AI Agent workflows.
• Work collaboratively with Cisco Renewal Teams and partner renewal desks regarding expiring contracts and cloud migration initiatives.
• Coordinate with Regional Collaboration Partner Sales Directors, Partner Account Managers, and Contact Center Specialists on territory mapping and deal escalations.
• Empower partners with SaaS commercial structures, such as EA 3.0, LCI, VIP, and Agency/MSP models.
• Relay channel field intelligence, technical requirements, and roadmap priorities to the Contact Center Business Unit and Technical Enablement teams.
• Act as the executive business architect and sales accelerator for Cisco’s Contact Center and AI partner business in the Americas.
• 8–10+ years of high-performance experience in Contact Center (CCaaS / On-Premise), Customer Experience, or SaaS partner sales strategy and practice development.
• Extensive commercial and architectural knowledge of Contact Center solutions, including Cisco UCCX/UCCE/Webex CC, Genesys, NICE, Five9, and Amazon Connect.
• Familiarity with emerging Enterprise AI / Virtual Agent technologies.
• Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and managing profitable practices within VARs, SIs, SPs, and MSPs.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to influence C-level partner executives and internal matrixed sales leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Direct experience in working with or managing leading Americas partner practices across VARs, SIs, SPs, and MSPs.
• Knowledge of Cisco commercial engines and partner programs, including CCW, Deal Registration / ICPA rules, EA 3.0, PXP, VIP/LCI.
• Strong grasp of cloud migration economics, TCO/ROI modeling, and SaaS recurring revenue mechanics.
