Part Time Virtual Family Practice Nurse Practitioner – Temporary, OK Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Assess the daily caseload and prepare technology for patient services.

• Utilize modern technology to manage the daily schedule effectively.

• Collaborate with clinical in-home team members during patient visits.

• Create welcoming connections with a diverse range of patients.

• Conduct virtual wellness visits for both adults and pediatric patients.

• Carry out health risk assessments, medication reviews, and cognitive screenings.

• Provide educational resources to patients regarding their health and well-being.

• Monitor vital signs using Sprinters and coordinate blood draw arrangements.

• Facilitate care coordination and management, including preventive care initiatives, medication management, specialist referrals, community resource connections, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

• Current Family Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana.

• Prior experience in conducting wellness visits.

• High standards of professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.

• Openness to solving problems in an innovative environment, including last-minute and creative problem-solving.

• Technologically proficient and comfortable using laptops or mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-compliant messaging applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.

• Successful completion of a national background check and verification of clinical license.
