Part Time Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver in-home euthanasia and hospice services for elderly and terminally ill pets.

• Assist families in making compassionate end-of-life choices for their pets.

• Foster relationships with local veterinary clinics, acting as an extension of their exceptional care.

• Manage an average of 3–4 appointments daily.

• Operate within a mobile practice, free from the constraints of a clinic environment.

• Engage in extensive training and receive ongoing mentorship.

• Available to work 2–5 days a week, primarily conducting appointments between 9 am and 5 pm.

• Take part in team-building and retreat events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) qualification.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing veterinarian.

• Valid driver's license is required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

• Must be able to walk, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, stand, and reach consistently throughout the workday.

• Comfortable with extended periods of driving.

• Proven manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and the ability to maintain steady hands while handling medical instruments.
