Part-Time Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate, Fear Free–aligned in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care.

• Offer in-home euthanasia and hospice services for geriatric and terminally ill pets.

• Support families during the end-of-life journey.

• Assist families in making end-of-life decisions for their pets.

• Establish relationships with local veterinary clinics as an extension of their care.

• Operate independently in the field with support from medical leadership and Veterinary Care Specialists.

• Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation is maintained.

• Collaborate with medical leadership and support teams.

• Engage in ongoing training, education, and clinical development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS) from an accredited veterinary institution.

• Active veterinary license in the state of practice, or the capability to obtain one.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

• Availability to work some weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

• Subject to a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check post-hire and prior to the associated start date.

• Certification in hospice, palliative care, or Fear Free is advantageous but not mandatory.
