Part-Time Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate, Fear Free-aligned in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care.

• Assist families during the end-of-life journey with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of medical documentation.

• Collaborate with medical leadership and support teams.

• Engage in continuous training, education, and clinical development.

• Guide families through making end-of-life decisions for their pets.

• Foster relationships with local veterinary clinics as an extension of their care.

• Operate independently in the field while receiving support from medical leadership, Veterinary Care Specialists, and operational teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS) from an accredited veterinary institution.

• Active veterinary license in the state of practice, or the capability to obtain one.

• Valid U.S. driver's license.

• Willingness to work some weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

• Subject to a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check post-hire and prior to the start date.

• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or having Fear Free certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
