Part-Time Territory Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Responsible for selling and ensuring 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey products within the designated territory.

• Implement sales and merchandising strategies from headquarters with various retail partners.

• Construct displays, enhance the distribution of best-selling products, and restock permanent secondary displays.

• Meet merchandising goals by utilizing permanent secondary displays and other display methods.

• Provide weekly reports on activity, expenses, account modifications, promotions, and administrative tasks.

• Log daily activities via tablets upon finishing each workday.

• Visit around 6–10+ accounts daily.

• Cover approximately 55 miles each day within the assigned territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must live in or be willing to travel to the specified territory ZIP codes.

• Possession of a valid driver's license issued by a U.S. state.

• Reliable personal vehicle in good operating condition.

• Personal auto insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 for property damage, allowing for business use.

• Capability to drive long distances and conduct multiple sales visits daily.

• Ability to regularly lift weights between 10–40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Proficiency in bending, kneeling, stooping, and demonstrating manual dexterity frequently, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Competence in using tablet technology.

• Daily access to wireless internet.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.

• Availability for 20–25 hours of work per week.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

• 3–4 years of experience in food merchandising is preferred but not mandatory.
