Field Sales Credit Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with partner leadership and locations to enhance credit awareness, execute credit initiatives, gather and share market intelligence, and boost new applications and credit sales.

• Examine local and regional performance trends through company reporting and ad-hoc analyses to uncover opportunities and identify emerging risks.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with partner retail field leadership and business owners/management within the assigned territory, addressing issues as they arise.

• Participate in partner meetings and represent Citi at conferences, trade shows, and other relevant industry events.

• Work alongside local retail partner field management to pinpoint training opportunities and provide associate training within the designated territory.

• Develop and support strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing credit sales and applications.

• Offer service support to internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are addressed.

• Evaluate risks in business decisions, ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to policies, apply sound ethical judgment, and transparently escalate, manage, and report control issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of pertinent experience.

• Previous sales experience is a must.

• Experience in a retail setting is preferred.

• Proven problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.

• Consistently exhibits clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience is required.
