Part Time Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral or functional analytic assessment processes

• Create case supervision and clinical management plans

• Design and execute ABA treatment strategies

• Collaborate with RBTs or BTs to address client and family concerns

• Choose suitable stimulus materials and treatment methods based on client age and capability

• Involve clients and families in setting treatment objectives

• Educate families on treatment techniques and skills carryover

• Provide clear guidance for therapy materials and methodologies

• Accurately document and monitor daily progress for clients and families

• Utilize session time effectively to achieve goals

• Deliver precise and immediate feedback to clients and families

• Prepare for client discharge

• Guide and mentor RBTs

• Fulfill additional assigned responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related discipline, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis

• Minimum of two years of experience with pediatric populations

• At least two years of experience in a practical setting conducting functional assessments/analyses and developing, implementing, managing, monitoring, and modifying functional behavior plans

• Over one year of experience in Telehealth supervision

• General knowledge and practical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis

• Familiarity or experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Managerial experience

• Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, database management, and record keeping

• Strong oral and written communication abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills

• High level of confidentiality

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Capability to conduct stage two assessments

• Must be located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO

• Availability to work from 3pm–6pm Mountain Time

• Must comply with local, state, and federal regulations and adhere to Frontera policies and procedures
