This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the scheduling, expenses, territory management, and workload by formulating efficient daily routes based on appointments and order priorities.
• Guarantee timely and precise uploads of daily work assignments.
• Assess materials and process work assignments promptly.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive paperwork, including detailed notes for each attempt on every work order.
• Ensure the accuracy and functionality of equipment.
• Comply with California rules and regulations regarding service of process.
• Keep a safe vehicle along with assigned equipment and registrations.
• Develop and uphold efficient routes based on appointments, rush status, and queue duration.
• Report issues related to orders or locations following established procedures.
• Respond to and collaborate on emails related to department and order matters.
• Manage confrontations with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Foster friendly, polite, and respectful relations at locations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with office departments on status inquiries, audits, and proof-of-service requests.
• Sign and return documents promptly.
• Adhere to active processes to ensure standardization.
• Exhibit accuracy, reliability, consistency, effective communication, and street smarts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a route-based role is preferred but not essential.
• Advanced skills in time management and organization are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage a high volume of work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines.
• Self-motivated and directed with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Proficient in using computers, business phones, office software, and various computer programs including Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.).
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle, current auto registration, and up-to-date auto insurance.
• Adequate internet connectivity for home office tasks.
• Exceptional ability to work in a team.
• Adherence to dress code requirements.
• Must reside within the Santa Cruz territory.
• Capability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to sit for at least one hour at a time, totaling 4–6 hours per day.
• Capacity to drive for extended durations, up to 4–6 hours daily and covering up to 100–200 miles per day.
• Willingness to travel for up to 100% of working hours.
