Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care for elderly and terminally ill pets

• Deliver services in a compassionate, Fear Free–aligned approach

• Guide and assist families through end-of-life decisions and processes

• Establish relationships with local veterinary clinics as an extension of their care

• Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation

• Collaborate with medical leadership and support teams

• Engage in ongoing training, education, and clinical development

• Operate independently in the field while receiving support from medical leadership, Veterinary Care Specialists, and operational teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS) from an accredited veterinary institution

• Active veterinary license in the state of practice, or the ability to obtain one

• Valid U.S. driver's license

• Availability to work some weekends as part of a rotating schedule

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance

• Background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check post-hire and prior to the associated start date

• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or Fear Free certification is advantageous but not mandatory
