Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate, Fear Free–aligned in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care.

• Provide care for elderly and terminally ill pets.

• Assist and support families during end-of-life decisions and procedures.

• Establish relationships with local veterinary clinics to extend their care.

• Keep precise and timely medical documentation.

• Collaborate with medical leadership and support teams.

• Operate independently in the field while receiving support from Veterinary Care Specialists and operational teams.

• Engage in ongoing training, education, and clinical development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS) from an accredited veterinary institution.

• Active veterinary license in the state of practice, or the ability to secure one.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

• Availability for weekend work as part of a rotating schedule.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

• Background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check post-hire and prior to the associated start date.

• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or Fear Free certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
