This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Oversee a Product Collection Program at a customer location as a component of the recycling initiative.
• Emphasize health and safety by following established policies, processes, and ensuring safe practices are in place.
• Deliver inspection services, which include checking collection bins, gathering data through a mobile application, preparing full containers for shipment, and conducting other facility inspections.
• Generate weekly activity reports using the mobile app and collaborate with clients to enhance program efficiencies.
• Execute project billing and manage cost tracking operations as necessary.
• Keep track of inspection supply inventory.
• Provide customer assistance as required during off-hours.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned to support the team and the organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Relevant previous work experience (mandatory).
• Prior experience in a customer service environment (preferred).
• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation to travel between customer locations (mandatory).
• Personal vehicle is required.
• Availability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week, with flexible hours.
• Completion of a post-offer drug screening and background check is required.
• Capability to undergo and complete all necessary training provided by Arcwood.
• Ability to obtain and maintain credentials necessary to deliver services at client sites.
