This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

• Travel to rural locations to install and maintain devices at agricultural sites

• Sanitize tires and footwear at farm locations as needed

• Ascend feed bins that vary in height from 10 to 40 feet

• Set up sensors and small solar panels within site bins

• Diagnose basic problems on field devices that require servicing

• Follow biosecurity protocols for each agricultural site

• Keep accurate records of mileage and timesheets

• Oversee and manage inventory from home

• Commute to farms from the technician's residence

• High school diploma

• Certification for working at heights and comprehensive knowledge of fall protection equipment

• Clean driving history

• Capability to drive for 8–10 hours daily

• Dependable smartphone with basic functionality for measurements

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient communication skills in English

• Positive demeanor and customer-focused attitude

• Strong work ethic and high personal standards

• Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Physically fit to climb and lift over 50 lbs

• Experience working at heights is advantageous

• Familiarity with power tools is beneficial

• Experience with electronics is a plus
