Part Time Field Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Navigate through designated new-construction residential areas.

• Visually assess lot conditions, including occupied residences, homes in progress, and vacant properties.

• Document observations on provided site maps.

• Keep track of mileage and time spent.

• Submit completed folders to management.

• Commit to working once every quarter for a duration of 2–3 weeks, or every 90 days.

• Preference for quiet, independent work and a flexible schedule.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Dependable vehicle required.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.

• Capability to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.

• Proficiency in using a map or GPS for navigation.

• A brief background check, including criminal and driving records, is mandatory.
