Part Time Field Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Navigate through designated new construction residential areas.

• Visually assess lot conditions, including occupied residences, homes in progress, and vacant plots.

• Annotate discoveries on provided site maps.

• Record mileage and time spent on tasks.

• Submit completed folders to management.

• Engage in work once every quarter for a duration of 2–3 weeks, documenting the construction progress of new homes.

• Appreciate quiet, independent work with a flexible schedule.

• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Have access to a dependable vehicle.

• Hold a valid driver's license.

• Maintain vehicle insurance.

• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.

• Proficient in using a map or GPS device.

• A brief background check, including criminal and driving history, is required.
