This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver high-quality instruction following a pre-established curriculum.
• Guide doctoral students and engage in doctoral committees.
• Offer constructive feedback to aid in the successful completion of programs.
• Be accessible within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, via phone, email, and in the courseroom.
• Travel within the United States to attend doctoral residencies.
• Utilize the online learning platform to enhance the educational experience.
• Set high expectations and clarify evaluation criteria for students.
• Comply with University policies and procedures.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and mandatory training sessions.
• Contribute to other activities as required by the university.
• Accept ongoing assignments based on expertise and institutional needs.
• An Ed.D., Ph.D., or Psy.D. is mandatory.
• A BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• All degrees must be awarded and from a regionally accredited institution.
• Documentation of required certificates and licenses along with unofficial transcripts for all graduate degrees must be provided.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in the field for undergraduate levels.
• At least three years of professional experience in the field for graduate levels.
• Research, scholarship, or notable accomplishments in the field are essential for graduate-level positions.
• Doctoral-level experience in conducting and supervising research in the field is necessary.
• Three years of teaching experience is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of academic evaluation processes.
• Strong oral presentation skills, alongside the ability to plan and organize course objectives.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with academic technology is required.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Capability to handle potentially stressful situations in a professional and ethical manner.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not an option.
• Access to a computer, maintenance of privacy, and reliable internet, phone, and video conferencing capabilities at a remote location are necessary.
• Occasional travel within the United States is expected.
• Ability to fulfill critical-thinking and problem-solving responsibilities while communicating effectively with colleagues.
